Peter Jenkyn

I first picked up a camera at an early age with my Grandad. He loved to take photographs to capture a point in time, a moment to cherish, and I obviously caught that bug too. I studied photography up to HND at college, loving every minute and from then on I've always had a camera by my side.  Taking photographs of travels to beautiful landscapes and the people I met along the way, to capturing the magic of the couples and families I'm privileged to work with professionally. I have now been a photographer for 20 years mainly in East Anglia and London. When I'm not taking photographs I enjoy swimming in lakes, running in the beautiful Suffolk countryside and hiking a mountain or two with my wife. I enjoy good food, beer and company!

As the founder of KYN Photography nothing gives me more pride than making the people I work with happy. Each event is unique and I enjoy finding out your story and capturing your dreams and emotions forever in an image. People bring the magic to the photograph. I pride myself on capturing it with authentic images and in doing so give the perfect experience along the way. Being in front of the camera isn't everyones cup of tea and I aim to make you feel comfortable as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your day. I feel privileged to be trusted to immortalise such precious moments, whether that be a wedding day or family shoot.
